Cancellation & Refund Policy

Upjaoo provides Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. As COD orders involve logistics and operational costs, the following cancellation terms apply.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• COD orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted, as the order is immediately processed for dispatch.
• Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing a COD order.

2. Order Refusal at Delivery

• Refusing a COD order at the time of delivery is strongly discouraged.
• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Upjaoo reserves the right to recover logistics and handling costs for refused deliveries.

3. Cancellation by Upjaoo

Upjaoo reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
• Any visible damage, leakage, or incorrect item must be reported within 24–48 hours with photos.

5. No Cash Refunds

Since payments are COD, no cash refunds are applicable. Replacement or resolution (if approved) will be handled as per internal evaluation.
